StarFang7
I was just curious if they were? They don't seem to be, but I've heard contradicting information. From my understanding no one can have the PSN ID: starfang7 (all lowercase). If someone where to search this it would bring up my ID with the S & F (capitalized). I've read about cases where users have not received friend requests because of case sensitivity.
lesk8vaincra
I highly doubt sony is stupid enough to make case sensitive username . Never tested, though.
Lucas
Go to the leaderboards and type any random word you think people use in their username and you are 100% not going to find any identical ones with only differences in case. It's not possible and it'd be stupid if Sony changed it to be so.
Stevieboy
PSN ID's are not case sensitive. Mine is stevieboy1975, it is not possible for someone to have Stevieboy1975, or StevieBoy1975. I have also managed to send people friend requests using all lowercase letters and they have still received it, even though they had uppercase letters in their name.
StarFang7
Thanks for the clarification Stevieboy. I thought so, but some of my friends from the PS3 era thought differently. Edited July 25, 2016 by StarFang7
