Has it Gotten Better?

Hi,

 

I'm thinking about grabbing this game because it's pretty cheap at the moment but I'm still a bit apprehensive about it.

 

I know when it was first released it wasn't well received, but updates have added new courses which assumably addresses the issue of it not having enough courses.

 

So has it gotten better since release, or is it still unimproved from where it was upon release?

course numbers are now up, but that was never really an issue for me

 

the appalling graphics, the poor controls, the repetitive speech and the pointless and annoying side game were the deal breakers

 

having played it again yesterday, these are all still there

 

I got it for about £25 in the sale a while back and it was certainly not worth that (I really feel sorry for the folks that paid £50 when it was first out). I saw it was very cheap in the current sale but imho its would be poor value even on ps plus for free

Thanks for the reminder I haven't played it in ages. It's was ok for what it was an arcade golf game. Don't go in expecting a sim like previous versions. If you don't mind that the nightclub golf challanges are actually quite fun.
