JoaLoft
Ever since the new firmware update 4.00, my profile doesn't seem to update anymore over here. Anyone how why?
StrickenBiged
Working fine for me. Check your PSN settings. Sometimes a firmware update changes your settings by itself (happened to me once) and you need to make sure that your Trophies are set to be "visible to everyone" for this site to be able to read your list. TheYuriG
The problem must be in your system as the site has refreshed your trophies just fine from what it could gather from PSN. Tried to check your profile over psntl but it says that you have hidden your trophies, so I couldn't compare. I'll try checking through my vita see if it shows different then. BlindMango
Ever since the new firmware update 4.00, my profile doesn't seem to update anymore over here. Anyone how why? Your trophies are set to private in your privacy settings on your console so this site is unable to see them anymore. To set them back to public you'll want to go to this page, scroll down to PS4, and pay special attention to step 7 and 13.

Your profile is Level 7, 31% on PSN and it's also Level 7, 31% here on PSNProfiles.
