Amonares Posted February 24, 2017 Share Posted February 24, 2017 (edited) Ok, so I'm lvl 65 and already have 100+ hours on this character so don't even try telling me to restart from an older save. I have a perception bug that lowers PER by -5. It shows (-)3 even though it should be showing 8. I am NOT affected by any drug, disease, poison, etc. All of my limbs are normal and I am NOT playing on Survival difficulty and my head was never ever crippled. I saw on other forums that a lot of players are having this bug but nobody ever made any solution. How is this still not fixed? Can anyone help or suggest what I should do?
