Game Stuck At Push Start

I just bought this game hoping for an easy platinum but the game doesnt respond to me pushing the start button. Iv tried 8 different controllers but it wont do anything. Game has been uninstalled and reinstalled but zero luck.

 

Any ideas fellow gamers?

I'm sure you already tried this, but did you go into controller settings and make sure your controller is set to controller 1?

 

I have 0 experience with the game but I used to run into that problem quite a bit.

I tried reassigning my controller but still no difference.

 

Did you play it on digital or disc version?

Neither lol. I never played it. Just ran into problems with controllers not being assigned right a lot.
