Starter tip #1: Don't record too many videos before you start uploading. You'll need to make sure the screen brightness and audio translate well to the site.. That could mean replaying the first part of a game several times to get all your settings right... especially with darker games. Bright enough to record but not so bright you ruin the atmosphere of the game.

Make sure you have the right equipment to record the gameplay to begin with. Remember the GIGO rule... "Garbage In, Garbage Out". In other words, If you start with garbage, you'll end up with garbage.

For example: I have 80+ videos of my Platinums on my YouTube channel but, all were recorded with my iPhone and the quality is not great :( The lighting suffers terrible depending on game settings and room lighting. Fortunately, I just record them for fun and my own personal enjoyment.
