For those that live in US, EU, Oceania, Middle East, etc that are interested in playing the beta but didn't preorder the game, create a dummy SEA account and enjoy! I told them to bugger off and that I'd just download the open beta in September if I really wanted. That being said, cheers for posting and spreading the word anyways.
