Meaning, not over the internet? I'm pretty sure AdHoc is local connection, almost like bluetooth. Wifi is for online connections. As someone else said, this is not the right place for this thread anyhow. You'll have better luck sparking interest in the game's sub forum or maybe even the PS Vita subforums.
