Excellent constitution help

I'm attempting to get all GHTV trophies and this is the only one I'm worried about. Are there any tips anyone can give me to get this trophy as easy as possible?

And as I was attempting this trophy and made a lot of progress towards so many others, my game crashed and corrupted my save.

Find a song you like to play and know you can reach the top positions in, and play it 18 times. I did it with Chop Suey! on Regular 

 

Also, when you've finished playing, don't quit to the menu. Just close the application. Apparently that helps with the corruption issue. And if you have Plus, back your save to the cloud each time you finish, just in case.

Yeah i played ''Left hand free' 18 times. boring as hell but it got the job done. always got first place. It the first song when you go under the indie tab i think. I played on regular.

I got this automatically attempting to do the 1000 notes in Cry of Achilles. As long as you perform somewhat decent, you'll nab top 5 with ease
