One question about character classes and new game plus

When I start new game plus,will I start the game over with the same character, or will I be able to respec my skill points and change to another character?

It's the same character/same class. All weapons and challenges are carried over.

 

Unfortunately, you can't switch classes and keep your level in any circumstance. You have to create a new character and start over if you want to switch classes afaik.

Easiest way to think of it as, think each character as their own individual save slot. As you can name each character you create. 

So say a level 10 Gunzerker can never be a level 10 Siren
