OK I tried to use the theme but it says I have to buy LBP3 on PS4 first. I already own it on PS3 but that isn't good enough.

 

Oh well, if anyone can figure out how to use the "free" theme without buying the game again let me know.

Odd, I didn't have that problem at all.  I clicked on the link (US) then went to my download list on the website and clicked on "download to Ps4".  When I went to apply the theme, it worked with no problems.

no idea. I got redirected to the Canadian site. I downloaded it. When I went to apply it brings me back to the store to buy LBP3
