It's the feature related servers that were shut when EA SPORTS WORLD was retired without warning in mid-2017. You can still earn the cup related trophies, but you cannot earn the trophies for adding a friend through the recommendation server, for watching an uploaded video, uploading a video yourself etc. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
