Can I 100% this game withouth a save file?

I plat this game in 2017, but I deleted my old save file, if I buy the DlC's can I play them without having to replay the main story?

Yep. Except the Royal part.

If you haven’t done the Royal Pack DLC then you’ll need to replay the main story as there’s content (with trophies) that’s right up until just before the final boss. And the July Update with Melusine boss is also end-game content (though you can do it in Chapter 7/8, you don’t need to play all the way until the final boss for that). 

 

The others are standalone and can be played without a save file. 

 

 

EDIT; Also be aware you’ll need to downgrade the game to be able to do the two Comrades trophy packs.

What do you mean about downgrade? How to do that?
