Dance issues for fever time HELP!

Hi I've been trying to do the trophies for people dancing together

 

Some should have popped by now but I've noticed when I get fever time nobody else turns up.

 

I've checked all the settings and any items I may but can't seem to see anything that can revert it back.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

It's been a while since I've played the game - but are there not a few songs where nobody shows up during Fever time? Like it's designed that way.

It tells you exactly what songs you need to play with each partner

You also have to be doing well enough in the song for a partner to show up; if you're doing poorly, you just dance by yourself. I think you have to be at green or better, maybe white.
