Hi,

After I conpleted the game on "hard" can I play it on "survivor +"?? And If I complete it on "survivor +", I also get the trophies for: "survivor", "easy +", "normal +", "hard +"  and "survivor +"??

You can only play NG+ at the difficulty you finished. So if you finished it on hard, you can start a NG+ at E/N/H but not Survivor. 

 

I'm not sure about trophies, but it would make sense for them to work the same way as the others.

I'd assume that the difficulty trophies stack because for NG+ because they do on the regular mode, but since I have't completed my NG+ playthrough I can't confirm.

You need to complete the game on survivor to unlock survivor +

if you complete the game on survivor it does unlock  the easy normal & hard trophies and if you complete  survivor + it will unlock easy +, normal + & hard + trophies as well

Complete the game on Survivor +

There currently is a glitch that allows you to play New Game+ on survivor difficulty, without having to replay a completely new game on survivor again. Do the following to make use of this little trick:

1. Start New Game Plus in the main menu
2. Complete the first chapter (Hometown)
3. When the next chapter starts, save and exit to the main menu
4. Go to Chapter Select and choose the first chapter "Hometown"
5. Choose Survivor difficulty and play through the entire game.

All your statistics, upgrades and collectibles do carry over to this difficulty!

yes the trophies stack I got them all done, by just doing survivor + ;D
