German_Atheist
I'm currently changing the IDs of some of my secondary PSN accounts. Many of them are more than ten years old and their passwords haven't been updated in years. There's currently a problem resetting passwords via browser. If you're asked the security question, it will always be in English and your answer will always be wrong. I called Sony's support yesterday and they told me about this existing issue. It started around a week ago. Regardless of the region your account is from, the security question will always be the English "Where were you born?", and your answer will always be incorrect. You have to wait until this issue is fixed. This is what it looks like: Edited July 18, 2019 by DaivRules

I learnt that to ret something means to soak the fibers in a wet pool of water and microorganisms (or just keep it in a muddy soil) to break down the pectin that reinforces the fibers of the plant which facilitates the removal of the fibers and thus we can send those retted plants for further processing to make it into paper and other textiles! I'm not sure how that relates to what op is talking about though
