At what point exactly does “Death Incarnate” pop?

So, finishing the game on Apocalyptic is all that remains before I get the platinum, so I was wondering when this trophy triggers. If it triggers during a cutscene that’s fine, but if it’s during a loading screen or something I want to be ready to use the gallery trick and have a better platinum screenshot then a boring black screen.
 

So basically, for those that have earned this trophy, when did it pop?

I think it pops during a cutscene if i remember correctly

My apocalyptic trophy has a black screen trophy image. So I would be ready with the trick.
