It is very likely that they are sold separately .. and possibly in Europe it will not go on sale. A few days ago there were some changes regarding the PEGI ratings, these changes have made the publication prices of the games in PS vita more expensive by 500% or so, going from € 250 to € 1,450 .... If the vita was already dead, only supported by Indies ... Now they are finishing off. I leave you the complete extract provided by RatalaikaGames. Quote Well, we've some sad news today: Starting August PEGI will change their fees, due to PS4 adopting the IARC system the "casual game" tier will be removed meaning the costs for new PS Vita title release will go from 250EUR to 1450 EUR (PS Vita wont be part of IARC) This change will make way more expensive to make PSVita versions as before we only had to pay >250EUR for 1 game, Guard Duty, and we cover that with the physical edition, from now on it would be that for ALL games which most probably will make ALL PSVita versions lose money We're unsure what we will do from now on as QA is still closed without a re-opening time.
