Eternal Rival Hot Spring Bug?

I've tried the level 3 times and the Hot spring key is not behind the hidden wall. Can it spawn in a different location or is it bugged?

 

Edit: Patch fixed it.

Definitely bugged. Got the key the first time around but forgot to open the door, went back a second time and it won't spawn anymore.
