ZOMB1E_SNYPER_15
Now I remember why I absolutely hated playing cod. The flinch mechanic removes all skill from gunplay and is hands down the most frustrating thing I've ever personally experienced in shooter games. I aim at an enemy's head, and pull the trigger one frame after he shoots me, causing my screen to skyrocket and next thing I know, I've shot half my clip trying to kill one fucking dude or I'm dead bc I'm trying to finish on veteran. Call me a cry baby if you like, but I couldn't care less. The story is amazing don't get me wrong. But the gunplay is fucking horrid, due to flinch ALONE. Popular Post Bumperklever
I found the gunplay to be pretty good. The flinching is annoying, but from the ones I have played I didn't found it game breaking. What I did find really annoying in cod campaigns is the ' endless dudes' sections. Good examples are in cod MW remastered.
droppingtherock
I didn't really have this problem either. I just finished the campaign on veteran and the only mission I really struggled with was the first one in Rio, I think because I was still getting my bearings in game. I'm mean, I'd definitely suggest practicing trigger discipline. Often, as soon as I started taking damage I'd look for cover or go prone, then try to attack from another angle. iFraaN97
It wasn't that bad in the actual multiplayer. In some later games they added a perk to reduce the flinch and it's always been a must have when available.
