100% Quest Question

Just starting the game, had a quick question about 100%'ing a given quest.

 

For Instance, Franklin's 1st Quest has 3 extra requirements for 100% quest completion

 

1. No Scratches on the car

2. Win the race

3. Don't kill anyone in the Studio

 

Now with being able to replay missions how does this work?  Do I have to complete all the requirements in 1 perfect run or can I work on one thing at a time and play as many times as I like until I eventually get all the extra requirements?

 

Also, if I replay a mission after 100%'ing it - will that get overwritten if I don't 100% it again?

I was also wondering about this, I'm pretty sure you can play through it as many times as it takes you to get all of the achievements but I have no idea about overwriting if played again, I doubt it though.

If it is using the same principal as TBOGT (the ballards of gay tony) then you should be able to focus on one goal at a time.

you can make goals one by one

dont have to be in 1 run

 

other question is:

can you check what goals are before you accually end mission?

or you play it and after you finish it you see what had to be done?
