Anyone else struggling to unlock this I've 100% everything side missions and the crew challenges on 2 characters and still no trophy , am I missing?

Me too. No symbol on the map and do every challenge and still no trophy. Maybe there is a hidden mission or buggy ( hope not)

Check the other maps from psychoscape. It's pretty easy to miss some of the side quests while playing since they only show up if you're right next to it.  The ones I was missing showed when I was looking at other zone-maps from the HUB though. 

Had no problems with glitches.

I missed the mission scratch dont sniff. I cant see the mission when i'm there only when i look to the hub

I missed the mission where you have to drink that woman’s milk (lol), it wouldn’t show up on the map until I was right near her.
