Perfect all rampage levels, glitched or just difficult?/What is rampage mode?

I see that 0% of people have this trophy, I have not tried rampage mode yet but this could be an information thread for the people that have. Is it glitched or does it just require a lot?

It’s been earned along with the platinum as it says .1 on PSN, just hasn’t been earned by anyone on here... and yes A+ all rampage levels is pretty tough with a controller, it’s probably easier with a mouse and keyboard.

5/10? I completed in on pc and I'd give it an 8 at least. Easily the hardest one in the entire game.
