Trophy wise I haven’t tried because not much information out yet. Looks stunning though!

Most trophies will come naturally. The only ones you need to actively work towards are finding all the locations on the map and completing the races and buying the birds you unlock by beating a certain time in each one. Regarding the locations, it seems you only need to find all the original locations - not the ones added in the new Edge of the World DLC - as it unlocked for me when I still had one place I'd not found (that isn't on any maps you can find online).

Nothing is missable either as you can load up any chapter at any point and activate any mission you've completed within the chapter without replaying the whole game. You can also ignore the missions and simply go flying around if you're just wanting to explore or do side-missions for extra cash to buy better weapons.

I was looking online only not to find a guide on this game, i am guessing it is not difficult at all. Is the road mapping of the game like this.

1.Complete Story

2.Mop Up

Also are there any cheats for the game? I played on the Xbox and turnipslord' review does not make sense coz the game waz whack. no offence to turnipload p.s add me to psn. But it is not surprising since it has a distribution deal. Sorry for the negativity. God Speed on starting the game.

While playing i sort of agree with Turniplord, this game is a must and highly recommended for gamers etc. It is easy and straightforward, i think it was xbox's fault i didn't give a positive review before, well good luck everyone.

If you played it around launch, the game is now quite different according to the dev. He's changed a lot based on feedback, so the PS version is basically nine-months of adjustments and tweaks.

There are a few difficulty spikes in the game, but it was supposedly much worse previously, with the first chapter being almost impossible unless you grinded for better weapons - now you'll naturally upgrade your bird as the game reaches the points where the game gets difficult :)

Regarding cheats - nope, nothing like that. You don't really need any though. I had to look online for the map to help find all the hidden locations, and for a hint on how to kill 15 turrets in one mission (as that one won't happen naturally), but the rest are very easy to work through, it just takes a while :)

Yes it was at launch, PS5 had not released yet and i had the new XBox played Falconeer and could not stand it. This is much different its like another Easy Plat, like the pathless or the spirt of the north but with birds with guns and missions. Some of it reminded me of bomber crew another easy plat. I'm still playing Falconeer and still enjoying it. I'm just trying to complete all world locations, like shard etc and then mop up. I still don't understand how to reload missiles and what buying ammo does yet. I figured out the lighting circle is where you regain health and speed.

Flying through the lightning clouds refills your standard attack. I don't think you can refill your missiles unless you dock somewhere - but, if you buy additional flame pots (think that's what they're called), you gain additional uses of the missiles before they run out. You can also gain health by diving into the water where you see fish, then eating the fish (I didn't realise that until last night, so need to update my review).

I can't really echo the positive reviews here. In my opinion it's a mediocre game with a lot of bugs.

I really like the graphics and settings of this game. But the story is so boring and isn't told well, so I started skipping cutscenes halfway through the story. I also don't get why they cut the story into these chapters asking you to choose a new, generic, unrelatable character every time. Making an open world game and then giving you restrictions in most chapters (side quests not available and stuff like that) also felt off.

The core gameplay loop in the story is very repetitive and tiring after one or two hours. There are basically three types of missions alternating. Kill everything with a red circle around it, deliver things from point A to point B while giving up on some of your moves (no barrel roll) because you're carrying something and the worst of all: escort missions; follow a really slow ship and wait for the next enemy encounter to happen.

And then there are bugs. I had A LOT of bugs. Quests wouldn't progress any further, enemies spawned out of bounds, the camera got stuck in a mountain, you somehow failed the mission because of friendly fire and going pirate for no reason, lost my quest cargo without any map indicator forcing me to restart the mission and the list continues...

I recommend everyone to wait for a deep sale.

So:

- Finish campaign (including Misc.)

- All map locations

- Complete all races

- Purchase all birds

?

Many thanks!

A year after your post; agree with everything you said. Every bug you listed, I've experienced. Clearly nothing was patched; repeating missions just makes this tedious game even more tedious.
