can you get flagged for using cross save

So i finally got my handy onto a ps5. Due to my girlfriend living a got bit away from me i now have my ps4 hat her place and my ps5 at mine. now the question is i would really like to play the ps5 verison of watchgods legions and with the save transfer it should be possible to switch to the ps4 version when i am at my girlfriends place. but due to them having seperate trophylists i would probably end up with trophies out of order. especially when i at some point decide to do a cleanup and get the platinum in both versions
Could i get flagged for chaotic timestamp due to switchign between ps4 and 5 version on the same savefile?

If the game supports transferring saves you won't get flagged

You will only get flagged if the source save has been hacked and you use it to obtain impossible times in one or both lists. The CRT know all the oddities that cross-save can cause so are able to tell a normal cross-save unlock pattern from a hacked one.
