Platinumed the PS5 version, can I transfer my data over to platinum the PS4 version?

Basically what the title says. 
 

I’ve platinumed the PS5 version, if I download the PS4 version and log in, will it auto pop the PS4 trophies? Thanks in advance!

Whilst your game data is stored server-side, it's not necessarily an auto-pop. You will have to:

Do a task
Kill someone
Win one game on Polus
Win one game on Mira
Win one game on Skeld
Win one game on Airship
Re-do all miscellaneous trophies.

Again, not an auto-pop, but will make it quicker to unlock the trophies on PS4.
