Note* only tested group leader as the one earning the trophy Steps. 1. Go into a private match with at least one other player as I dont think you can do this solo (untested) 2. Go into match settings and add bots to remaining slot if lobby not full. Once added enable the mutator I Feel Your Pain (IMPORTANT) 3. Once in game no one BUT the guy with the crown next to his name will take dmg (note crown player will take all other players dmg) 4. I was able to do 4 or so levels by myself, but the rest I had to get help with from a friend.
