Adrenaline Junkie glitch

There is currently a glitch where if you select Junker Queen at the start of a match and never switch characters you cannot unlock Adrenaline Junkie under any circumstances.

 

To unlock the trophy (legit or boosting) simply select another character then switch to Junker Queen.  The trophy is not even that difficult to unlock legitimately if you can find 4 or 5 people grouped up any combination of melee, axe ability, knife + recall, w/ ultimate works.
