Started the game again it’s zero again. you can see how many you have collected in the purse menu. good luck to everyone going for the platinum It crashed on me once and erased my coins, so I decided to play hardball. There was an area at the start of one game I'd played that kept regenerating crates that had some coins in them so I kept going back and forth to that area until I hit 5000.
