I've ran it both on Minimum and Maximum and the Biobots seems to be spongy on both difficulties. I know Max is supposed to give less loot and stuff, but the only difference I can tell is you take more damage. Too bad you unlock the coolest suit literally in the last fleeting moment before you delete the game.
