I was thinking along the lines of if someone got a plat in a multiplatform list (eg. Borderlands 2, Hotline Miami etc.) but didn't own the other system (say they owned a PS3 but not a Vita) then would that plat count as their first Vita plat? So there'd be one for PS3, PS4, Vita, and Multiplatform. Multiplatform lists could also just not count towards the milestone. I would guess most would have Resogun as their first PS4 plat.
