RadiantFlamberge
https://www.gematsu.com/2024/03/tokyo-xanadu-new-project-announced-for-console https://www.falcom.co.jp/txk/ For Tokyo Xanadu's 10th anniversary, Falcom announced that TX will be getting a sequel. Sort of. While it also is set in Tokyo, it's being made as a "completely new title" and systems will be rebuilt from the ground up. It will come in 2025, probably on 30 September which would be exactly 10 years after. I guess we wait a year for it, since it's probably not going to be as text-heavy as a Trails. No platform is announced but I guess it's the usual: PS4, PS5, Switch, and PC (from NISA presumably). Wonder if this means it will be a Ys IX to Ys X style change. Looks like we say farewell to Towa, Asuka, Kou and the others. I'm sure Falcom will come up with good new characters though. val_blanc
I would imagine REM would appear, and the rest of the cast will probably be either cameo or alluded to. I just hope it is actually a console title, not some mobile app game. Could be on the tenth anniversary, otherwise around November 2025 since that's their usual launch. Looking forward to it, nonetheless. Edited March 11 by val_blanc *
Phlegeth
Towa will probably show up. Or they'll probably grab someone from Daybreak, like Paulette. I'm excited, I loved Xanadu. I was a little late, but it was my favorite game I played in 22.
