What weapon do you prefer in both PvP and PvE

For PvP i use a Lightning Rapier +10, and for PvE it's either my Fire Longsword or a Mace +10. The Mace +10 is better than any greatsword i've used in PvE. It's good for New Game+ and beyond too. Currently i'm playing with the Demon's Great Hammer +5. It's really good for bosses in New Game+. So i would like to hear what weapon you like to use, and what you perfer so i can test it out myself!

Not really a huge PvP fan.

I prefer jolly cooperation.

 

But I usually stick with my LIghtning Greatsword +10 for PvE or PvP(invaded).

Planning to use a faster weapon, but right now I'm more focused on completing the last few trophies by plowing through the story.

I like the Watcher Greatsword.  It's weight less than the claymore.  Both of these weapons are good for PvP and PvE.  IMO, the dagger is the one of the best weapon (top 3), but it's tougher to learn how to use effectively.

i've gotten so used to the animation of the Heide Knight Sword... I can't use anything else. I can close my eyes and kill enemies with it. and I only do co-op, no pvp.

i like to walk arround with 2 rapiers and a bow. i replace the rapiers with 2 espada ropera later on, but u only get one of those per playtrough. i did a no death run with those weapons. they are rly great for pve, but they deal no poise dmg.

edit: i also use the ring of blades with the flynns ring for this setup, but u sacrifce armor for that so u need to be confident in your dodging

My first couple times in dark souls 2 ps3 version I gravitated to the Black Knight Great Axe , on ps4 version i'm not going to name names caugh naugie caugh but I got use to the dragon tooth.      I don't do pvp its just not in my nature to seek invasions.
