danielc655
Do you go for a game solely on a good review or not care about a bad review and buy it because you think you would like it?
Sir_Bee
I take game reviews with a grain of salt. I read what they have to say about the game, and then see if I like what they described. You always have to remember that a review is simply one persons opinion.
nenugalimas
I usually listen to what people say around these parts. Usually I get reliable results. Dont really care about official reviews. Edited June 10, 2014 by nenugalimas

I wouldn't say I dont listen to them at all. They are an explanation of features of a game, so they hold good information (most of them), just look past the reviewers opinion and look at the actual game

Wdjat Prinny Doods
I dont consider the opinion of reviews at all especially since I'm a rpg and those games get bad reviews a majority of the time. If I only played games based on reviews I wouldn't have played half of the games in my collection
Vergilex
Back when I was younger I almost blindly trusted them, but ever since the ICO+Shadow of the Colossus' personal "fiascos" on PlayStation 2 I don't give 'em the time of day; read great things about both games->played them->ended up thinking reviewers were smoking some good ganja when speaking of such titles. Nowadays, I mostly try the game and make up my own opinion about it, others' opinions (official or not) be damned.
TheLastSurvivorD
I just get the game after seeing gameplay videos. I used to read them until Beyond, which was a great game, got hammered for 5's out of 10.
coldkillaaaaaaaa
I don't agree with a lot of the reviews I read from major journalists, so I'll usually just buy a game regardless of its review scores.
