I sincerely apologize if a similar thread exists but i did a little research with the code : ce34878-0 and didn't find any thread open. While I was playing dragon age inquisition, the error mentioned above appeared and the game crashed. I heard this error was well known issue that was apparently never patched by Sony.. Or was it a one off? If the former, the debs will likely fix it in time, if the latter, then just move on. If it keeps happening at various random points, contact (is it Bioware who made it?) them.
