Popular Post Quin-Lann
Hey everyone! Ever wanted to get more out of your trophies once you've earned them? Do you have a collector's mind and would love to sit back and enjoy all your hard work? I have, but it is not really possible to enjoy your trophies the way they are represented on your Playstation. Sure you can scroll through your trophy completion list, but for me this is a boring way to appreciate my hard work. So I have been making a 3D trophy room with a table and chair for Platinum trophies where you are able to pick them up and look at them and even throw them if that's what you want. Right now there are no gravity in the room because of some technical issues, but I experienced that it is pretty fun throwing the trophies around without the gravity. Try it out ;D The system can hold accounts with passwords, so that anyone with an account can get access to their own trophy room. Try it out! If you just want a demonstration just type in “demo” as password! http://aabom.dk/unity.php Controls: Movement: wasd Pick up: left click Throw: left click again (If you want to play in fullscreen just right click and select "Go Fullscreen") I would really appreciate some feedback on this one and if you want to help me please send me a message and I’ll fetch you up with an account, or try the demonstration and give a comment! The trophies should maybe have some sort of stats or maybe you could play a minigame with them. What do you think? Do you have any ideas to what you could do in a trophy room like this? And do anyone feel the same way as me? I've taken some pics for you to look at if you don't want to try it out yourselves. SitusKiss
Looking great!! The room is fun to play around in. For some reason I originally thought PS Home was going to have something like this; I was sadly disappointed though. Keep up the great work on this!! How much time do you have invested so far? Quin-Lann
Thanks guys! Did you model those platinum trophies? Yes, I've made everything myself, including modelling the trophies in 3Ds Max. Looking great!! The room is fun to play around in. For some reason I originally thought PS Home was going to have something like this; I was sadly disappointed though. Keep up the great work on this!! How much time do you have invested so far? Yes PS Home was going to get a "Hall of Fame" with all your trophies in 3D, see the video, but it's been 5 years or so and I don't think they will make it any time soon, so I took matters in own hands The prototype has taken me about a month or so, but I'm studying, so I haven't worked on it none stop
