Dark_Tooth69
I'd say anywhere less than 20 hours. I don't own a vita though so what do I know.

Kittet3
I think it depends on what type of vita you have. The older versions has a chance of screen burning, and thus shouldn't be left on the same screen for a long periods of time. The newer ones don't have the problem, thus you should be good. diskdocx
Can you not pause the game while doing the glitch? The nice thing with the Vita is you can put it to sleep without powering it off, as long as you can pause the game. I wouldn't leave my Vita actively running for 30 hours straight, but I certainly don't power it off routinely.
wildstwawberries
I just really want to do this glitch fast
DaivRules
Many people left their Vita 1000's on for the 24 hours in Create trophy in LittleBigPlanet Vita with not one mention of screen burn-in. I think you're fine.
ShadowStar83x
I once left it on for like three days by mistake, but it didn't seem to hurt anything.
