If you want the absolute chronologic experience, you have to seperate scenes from their movies.

Example:

The openings scene of Thor 2 (about the Aether) happens before any scene you'll see - so far - in the MCU. It even happens before the story about the Ice Giants in Thor 1. The entire Captain America movie happens (exception end scene) happens after these events, but before Thor got - almost- coronated.

Same could be said about Mjolnir.

At the end of Iron Man 2 (after credits) we see SHIELD finding Mjolnir on earth.

This means that the events at the end of Iron Man 2 simultaneously happen with Odin banishing Thor and throwing Mjolnir at earth.

If you want the absolute chronologic experience:

Go down to 'full chronology'
