I tried to update, but due to server issue it fails again and again. damn i wish there should be resume download feature for game updates/patch in ps3. The game was a horrible port though and maybe the patch fixed some of the many issues the game had. I'm not sure how much the patch fixed since I finished before it came out and I had no desire to put that garbage back into my PS3. While the nemesis system may be inferior to that of the PS4, the PS3 does indeed have a nemesis system. They'll even label your nemesis in Sauron's army.
