If the door doesn't open after a logoff and on / return to orbit you might have to wait a bit. It normally means some jackass has decided to stay in the Reef during the reset so that the door doesn't open. It takes way too many resources to infuse exotics to acceptable levels. Try going to orbit and then back to the Reef. It won't open until the instance is cleared.How does someone stay idle for hours at a time without being kicked to orbit?
