So is this uncompletable or just really hard?

Not impossible to complete, but will take a good amount of trial and error to pull off.

Noob question... I was trying this game for the first time, and since the most difficult trophy is doing all zones with everyone on a row without using items or shrines... isn't it better to start playing the game that way? I mean, not using items or shrines? Maybe some trophies need and specific item but you can do that later, even if the curve is steeper wont be better to start playing always with your initial gear to prepare to the very last ordeal? Question from someone that just have played the game for an hour or so...

Not a good idea. It's already physically impossible to complete the all character's mode normally with no experience, let alone do low% runs. On top of that, Aria's going to be a huge roadblock, as her disadvantage is quite harsh. Literally wants you to dance to the beat perfectly without a single mistake in the song. Dancing perfectly to the beat is not something you get in just a few hours this can take weeks, possibly months, to get that kind of skill, not to mention she has a very challenging unique boss which takes a good amount of practice till you are able to defeat it consistently. Even if you manage to get through Aria, you aren't going to get far with everyone else, as they play out very similar to her anyway. One range dagger, very limited hits you can take, might as well say you can't miss beats either. It's probably best to save that trophy for last requires way too much effort, plus any progress you make can be taken down very easily as you can be killed in one to two hits.
