How can i make my own PS trophies?

Hey guys! So i was wondering: Can you make your own custom PS trophies and if yes, how? I wanted to make some trophy checklists for games that don't have trophies or even "add" my own ones. Note that i don't intend to hack into SONY servers so i can add the trophy list, just something like this:

Well it won't be possible on your profile but you surely can make your own thread, in the correct section, making your own trophies and showing them there.

Yeah i didn't mean to show up on my profile, just have the images on my computer. I found a site, but it doesn't let me add an image for the trophy.

Pretty sure all of those were made using some sort of image editing software, like photoshop/gimp.

You can do it on Photoshop if you know how to use it

Nah, i don't know how to use Photoshop. I guess i'll have to stick with these image-less trophies.
