It's coming out August 29 on the PSN store for $39.99 ($49.99 Canada). The game will come out August 30 in Europe. A closed online test is scheduled for next month. You can also preorder it on the store now (in NA at least). I was looking around for this before i played the ps3 version, so there is a good chance i'll pick this up, maybe not at release but probably at some point. And if only they take off those online pass thingy on Vita, I could have 2-3 more Everybody's Golf/Hot Shots Golf UR plats.
