Enemies that are bullet sponges slow down the game and make it boring. Plus I think Saints Row 2 is the best in my opinion I love the gang aspect of Saints Row and I never found the enemies to be very bullet spongy at all except the bosses.

 

Oh yea and the reason I find the powers to be at best iffy is because it completely ruins the fun of driving cars in that game. Plus it makes only the bosses challenging which is where the bullet sponge part comes in because you find a lot more bosses in SR4 then any other SR game I played.

Got this game for $3.99 like steal and really enjoyed it. 

 

Loved their dialogues. Also game is decent, if not comparing to SR.

Just to put the price drop in perspective, I got the game yesterday BRAND NEW, at the Australian Gamestop "EBGames". The Steelbook edition day one edition with the 6 skins and DLC cost me $9AUD, that's like 6 pounds!

I think I picked this up for $2 at JB Hi Fi  during an XMAS Clearance.

 

Gotta say I had a lot of fun with it, everything popped when it should have and no crazy glitches. Just make sure you don't fiddle with the difficulty (leave it at 7 plus) and you are golden.

 

Just a relaxing, easy plat to kick back with.
