It doesn't disable any trophies, I've got my plat using the level skip one to hop around Pro quickly.

Don't use the unlock all cheat on Pro as that will lock you out of the good ending, since it will give you every power, including the dark ones.

On Psnow the two cheats work but I need to indicate: 

 

All skills cheat invalidates the trophies that require the good ending so you can't use it in the good ending run. It also invalidates the collectibles trophies, that means you need to acquires the collectibles before using the cheat.

 

Level skip cheat it doesnt work the same way of the disc version. All it does is to take you from Ruin I to: Underground hall, Underground prison, Deathly passage, Deathly passage (evening), Ruin I (at the start of the game so it can't be used for the pro running without playing the whole game e second time).
