Question about Stats?

I recently found out you can't redo your stats in dark souls so wondering is their any stats I need to improve to get a item for example 20+magic to learn magic off someone? Asking as ds2 and ds3 you had to improve some stats to get some items?

You need 10 intelligence to buy sorcery from Griggs. Some of the spells he sells can't be bought anywhere else.

You also need 25 faith to join the Sunlight Convenant, although the requirement lowers by 5 for every boss you kill as a white phantom.

 

There's no way to change or reset your stats in Dark Souls 1 once you've earned them, though.

Ah thanks for the reply. 25 faith ..... cause I helped quiet a few people so far as a white phantom would It be 0 faith than as I helped over 5 people

@Shadiochao You just need to drop a white soap at a boss and get summoned -> kill boss and that lowers faith by +5 for sunlight covenant, is this correct?
