You might want to just start now and build up your card collection because certain trophies are going to require specific cards to get and there's level up trophies and cumulative ones like 50 GG's that take some time.

You need 35175 xp to get 1st prestige level. And you get around 125 xp per game (10-15 minutes). That means you can't get platinum in less than 56 hours.

Ive never played this before. But i di play magic. Is it kinda like that?

it is not, it will take you the most time to open 100 barrels, for this trophy only barrels bought for gold count, I'm at stage 150 (according to the contract) and I still don't have a trophy, I'm missing only this trophy.
