No Level Select on the Vita version

1.

Start a new game.

Get to “Year 10” after collecting the collectables and miscellaneous trophies.

At “Year 10” turn left into the woods and collect the candle collectible along the way and go a little further.

You should receive the “Secret ending 1 trophy”.

2.

Select continue at the main menu.

At the beginning of “Year 10” head right and continue along the path.

Get to “Year 11”and get the miscellaneous trophy and then keep heading straight along the wooden walkway.

At “Year 12” collect the collectables and miscellaneous trophies.

You should see a cabin after collecting the last trophy from this year.

Walk past it and continue.

You should receive the “Secret ending 2 trophy”.

3.

Start a new game.

Get to “Year 12” and this time walk inside the cabin.

Walk towards the shotgun where you will end up killing yourself.

Collect the collectible.

Keep following the path until you come to a portal.

Walk through the portal.

You should receive the “Finish the game trophy”.

4.

Select continue at the main menu.

This time once you reach the portal you should go right and walk past the portal.

Continue following the path until you reach a camp fire.

Walk through the camp fire.

You should then receive the “Secret ending 3 trophy”, “All endings complete trophy” and finally the Platinum.

 

Maybe someone found another route…

skip is with patch 1.01 now live. platinum is now on ps vita version easy as the ps4 version.
