Hey everyone!

Here is a list of known issues players might encounter, and how to resolve them.

 

GAMEPLAY/MISSION ISSUES

 

ISSUE: Why can't I pick up a grenade thrown by the host in online co-op?
RESOLUTION:
 We are aware of an issue where grenades thrown by the host cannot be picked up by the client. We are working on resolving this in a future patch. 

ISSUE: Why am I not finding a match when using Quickmatch?
RESOLUTION: Quickmatch required another player to be available in the game and both players must have their privacy settings set to "Public" to for it to function. 

ISSUE: What should I do if the AI companion is stuck or non-responsive?
RESOLUTION: If your AI companion becomes stuck or non-responsive, back out of gameplay to the Main Menu then re-join the game. 

ISSUE: Why doesn't the AI attempt to hide or seek cover in combat?
RESOLUTION: Once you install the Day 1 patch, the AI companion will attempt to take evasive maneuvers using strafe points where those points are available.

 

ISSUE: Why doesn't the AI companion attack my tagged enemy?
RESOLUTION: The AI companion will attempt to prioritize an enemy tagged by the player; however, it will still engage in combat with other enemies. If many enemies are between the companion and the target, the companion will choose to engage with those enemies first.

ISSUE: Why is the AI companion not assisting?
RESOLUTION: The companion may fail to assist if you hold a co-op interaction as the companion respawns or revives. If this happens, cancel the interaction and try again. 

ISSUE: Zeppelin: AI companion can become mostly unresponsive if the player dies when first dropping into the casino of the Zeppelin level
RESOLUTION: If the player moves far away from the AI companion, the AI companion may teleport to the player and once again become responsive.

ISSUE: Zeppelin: Objective will not update to “Find the Code” or “Read the Floppy Disk” if level is reloaded during either stage
RESOLUTION: We are currently looking into resolving this issue.

ISSUE: Zeppelin: Objective to Exit Crew Quarters has no objective marker in world or on mini map
RESOLUTION: We are currently looking into resolving this issue.

ISSUE: Lab X: Letting go of an elevator lever after taking the elevator down then up will cause lever to become non-interactible
RESOLUTION: Player must leave the area and return to reset the lever.

ISSUE: Side Mission: The Protohund: Marker for "Destroy the Protohund" and "Collect the Box" present when mission is not active
RESOLUTION: We are currently looking into resolving this issue.

ISSUE: Side Mission: “Zitadelle Schematics” Marker for find floppy is not displayed on minimap
RESOLUTION: We are currently looking into resolving this issue.

ISSUE: Client is removed from game at the end of the credits
RESOLUTION: We are currently looking into resolving this issue.

 

ISSUE: Zeppelin: Objective won't update to "Kill General Winkler" after reloading checkpoint
RESOLUTION: Player may encounter if they lose the fight to General Winkler and reload the last checkpoint.

 

ISSUE: Why can't I change the "Who Can Join" privacy settings in Wolfenstein: Youngblood?
RESOLUTION: You must leave the game to change the privacy settings to adjust who may join your game. 

 

ISSUE: The Host got an achievement and the Client did not (or vice versa)
RESOLUTION: Achievements are tracked separately between host and client. The client must complete the Achievement.

ISSUE: The Host got the Partisan achievement and Client did not
RESOLUTION: This achievement can be interrupted by a disconnect during quest completion. The player who did not receive the achievement should host their own game and complete the needed quest.

 

ISSUE: Why does voice chat cut out during loading screens?
RESOLUTION: We are aware of this issue and we are working to resolve it in a future patch.

DAY 1 FIXES

 

ISSUE: Enemy soldaten will sometimes path/walk while facing backwards
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch.

 

ISSUE: Zeppelin: Winkler can get stuck horizontally on the ground during boss fight
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch.

ISSUE: Little Berlin: AI Companion will randomly teleport to the Boulevard
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch.

ISSUE: Lab X: Player cannot fast travel out of Lab X Streets
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch. Additionally, the player can fast travel out by progressing inside of Lab X.

ISSUE: Side Mission: Find code remains uncompleted if player reads the floppy before finding locked door
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch

 

ISSUE: Side Mission: Shutting down application during dialogue blocks completion of “Da'at Yichud Artifacts”
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch.

ISSUE: Side Mission: Completing Lothar and Juju's Trap out of order will break the quest
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch.

ISSUE: AI Companion won’t disengage from keypad to save player if player is downed while using code door
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch.

ISSUE: Opening a Tower Gate while being attacked can result in AI Companion getting stuck on co-op lever
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch.

ISSUE: Crash: Upgrades: Game can crash when player upgrades multiple special weapons
RESOLUTION: This issue is fixed by installing the Day 1 patch.

Neither of these two things happened in my case for the Partisan trophy to bug.

There are more problems than just these for this trophy.

There's a major sound glitch (sound cuts out completely after going in and out for awhile) with both the host and co-op partner. It seems to happen randomly now (we thought it was only certain areas) and sometimes you have to close the game and reload to even fix it.

For me it happens when using a flashlight attachment on a gun.

Switching weapon and giving pep signals usually fixes it.
