I simply earned a new trophy, synced it, then updated my profile on here. It did delete my trophy cabinet and briefly reset my world/country ranks but otherwise everything is fine again. If just earning a new trophy doesn't work, I've been told changing your profile settings (on PSN) to private, syncing your trophies to PSN, then set it back to public, earn a new trophy, sync, then update your PSNProfiles and that should solve it. Just a PSN hiccup Also this^ Every once in a while this happens when PSN goes wonky. Setting your PSN account to private, then public, earning a trophy, and resyncing will do the trick.
